Fabrication Manager

Compensation Range : $140K+

Must have experience multiple shifts, leading Supervisors and teams responsible for cutting, machining, stretch-forming, assembly, and other value-added fabricated metal manufacturing processes.
This will be a critical role where the candidate will be leadinga strong culture of safety while ensuring production, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance consistently meet or exceed expectations.
Must have experience with key business metrics, production performance, costs, and financial results while developing and executing strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall departmental performance.
This position will be responsible for Leading, coach, and develop Supervisors and employees while creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth across all shifts.
Ability to work closely with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Sales, Quality, and outside processing partners to solve complex manufacturing challenges, improve processes, and deliver high-quality metal products to customers.
