Senior Supplier Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Senior Supplier Operations Specialist to join our global Supplier Management Operations team to lead operational goals and support operational excellence for the United States and Canada (UCAN) region. Primary Responsibilities Supplier Workflow Operations – Apply advanced knowledge of supplier onboarding and maintenance requirements, including banking and tax information, to perform and optimize supplier‑related tasks; provide guidance to Manila Data Specialists on complex compliance issues; offer daily support for the supplier management system, resolving user inquiries and technical issues promptly. Innovation & Process Optimization – Design, develop, or partner with engineering to build process enhancements that streamline manual tasks and optimize the end‑to‑end supplier lifecycle; identify opportunities for AI‑driven system improvements and lead initiatives to implement them. Project Management and Compliance – Lead projects ensuring regional compliance (UCAN) for tax and regulatory teams; manage high‑impact projects, coordinate resources and timelines, and work closely with stakeholders to implement and educate on changes that enhance functionality or compliance. Stakeholder and Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders; act as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions; create documentation and train stakeholders on best practices. Supplier Risk Operations – Identify, assess, and manage incidents related to supplier risk (fraud, email compromise); partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to mitigate impacts; perform risk assessments using tools such as Dun & Bradstreet. Agility & Task Management – Balance day‑to‑day tasks with multiple ongoing projects, demonstrating effective time management and prioritization to ensure timely resolution of issues and project completion. Qualifications 7+ years of relevant supplier data management, risk management, and P2P experience. Advanced operational knowledge of supplier data management, including banking and tax requirements for UCAN, with foundational global knowledge. Experience with an ERP system; Workday preferred. Excellent project management skills, including design, documentation, and change management. Proven experience in stakeholder collaboration and relationship management, building trust and resolving issues efficiently. Working knowledge of risk management, fraud prevention, governance, and supplier management processes. Familiarity with risk assessment tools and mitigation techniques; ability to analyze, communicate, and negotiate risk findings. Strong understanding of SOX compliance rules and regulations. Organized, with exceptional attention to detail and adherence to timelines. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Deep curiosity and passion for automation and process improvement. Ability to root‑cause/problem‑solve independently. Solid customer service skills with experience enforcing compliance adherence. Compensation Salary range: $155,000.00 – $240,000.00. Compensation is annually based; stock option allocation is determined each year based on market indicators and individual performance.
