Senior Kotlin Backend

Overview: Role Overview: This role focuses primarily on Kotlin-based backend development (REST APIs & Microservices) , along with exposure to Android (MDM) application development and enterprise mobility solutions . Key Technical Requirements:
- Strong experience in Kotlin and Java (backend development)
- Hands-on expertise in REST API development & Microservices architecture (Spring Boot preferred)
- Experience with Kafka, gRPC, Protobuf, PostgreSQL, Redis
- Good understanding of cloud integrations and distributed systems
- Experience in Android development (Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack, MVVM/Clean Architecture)
- Knowledge of Android Enterprise & Android Management API (AMAPI)
- Exposure to MDM/EMM platforms (Intune, Kaseya VSA, KACE Cloud)
- Familiarity with device lifecycle management, compliance policies, and security enforcement
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Kotlin and Java
- Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Android, iOS, QA, Product)
- Contribute to Android application development where required
- Manage and integrate MDM solutions within enterprise environments
- Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
- 8+ years of experience in backend and/or Android development
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to take ownership and drive solutions end-to-end
- Exposure to enterprise mobility or MDM is a plus
