Arrow Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Willoughby, OH, with a pay rate of $30–$60 per flagged hour plus profit sharing and estimated annual earnings of $110,000–$130,000+ based on the employer’s stated pay plan. This Monday–Friday opportunity offers no weekends, paid training and certifications, paid time off, paid holidays, and relocation assistance. You’ll work in a busy, production-focused shop servicing Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles with modern diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
\n
• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and complete vehicle repairs
\n
• Use modern diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns accurately
\n
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and drivability issues
\n
• Service and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
\n
• Maintain quality and efficiency in a flat-rate environment
\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• At least six years of professional automotive repair experience REQUIRED
\n
• Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
\n
• Previous flat-rate production experience
\n
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and efficiency
\n
• Experience servicing Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
\n
• ASE certifications preferred
\n
• Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostic experience preferred
\n
