HR Administrative Assistant

Virtual Vocations Inc

Detail-oriented and dependable, the full-time remote HR Administrative Assistant will support recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations across a portfolio of behavioral health clients while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Key responsibilities Manage HR operations and record keeping, including data entry and maintaining employee records in HRIS platforms Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and ensure compliance with federal requirements Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and conducting pre-screen interviews Required qualifications Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field 2 or more years of experience in an HR, administrative, or recruiting support role Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
