Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking anentry-levelelectronic securityassistantproject managerto join ourfast-growingand dynamic team.This positionwill work directly with a Project Manager toassistin completing projects. What you’ll be doing: This position will have multiple roles ranging from:attending project meetings, assisting with resourcescheduling, such asinstallation and subcontractor team coordination,onsite technician support,ability to safely operate a company vehicle,project quality control,staging of equipment, project documentation assembly and review, assisting with invoicing & project tasks,and most importantly, representing NextGen Security as thevaluablepoint of contact for our valued customers. Local travel may be required for this position. What you bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred but notrequired). Prior internship experience within project management or related field(preferred but notrequired). Strong organizational skills. Superiorproblem solvingandcommunication skills. Ability to process and apply new skills/concepts quickly. Workindependently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams & Windows Operating Systems.
