Business Office Manager (BOM)

(Skilled Nursing Facility)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee the administrative and resident financial operations of a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on billing, accounts receivable, compliance, and resident financial services while supporting facility leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee billing and accounts receivable processes

  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and payer requirements

  • Maintain accurate resident financial and administrative records

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and families regarding financial matters

  • Support audits, reports, and regulatory documentation

  • Collaborate with facility leadership to support financial operations

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a BOM or in healthcare business office operations preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and SNF reimbursement

  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare billing systems

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
