Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Work long-haul dry van routes from Andover, MN with HMD Trucking, running nationwide lanes in modern trucks (under three years) equipped with APUs, inverters and sleeper cabs and supported by dependable in-house maintenance resources.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely transport and deliver dry van freight across regional and national lanes on schedule.
• Accurately complete logs, BOLs and required paperwork; uphold company safety and DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.

Compensation starts at 65¢/mi with weekly averages around 2,500 miles and bonuses for safe driving, inspections and referrals. CDL-A and 12+ months verifiable experience required. Home every two weeks and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k).
