We are looking for an experienced warehouse logistics team member to support daily packing, shipping, and inventory-related operations in West Chester, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a production-focused warehouse environment where accuracy, organization, and steady output are essential. The role centers on assembling products, preparing outbound shipments, and maintaining reliable inventory flow to help keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components according to established procedures and quality expectations.

• Retrieve parts and materials from warehouse stock to support packing and shipping activities.

• Prepare cartons, labels, and other shipping supplies for outbound orders.

• Pack finished items securely to help ensure safe and accurate delivery.

• Monitor inventory movement and record stock usage to support accurate item tracking.

• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse tasks to maintain an efficient flow of materials through production and shipping areas.

• Inspect items and packaging for completeness and readiness before shipment.

• Support general logistics and materials-handling activities as needed within the warehouse operation.

• At least 6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or production support roles.
• Proven background in picking, packing, product assembly, and inventory handling.
• Working knowledge of shipping procedures, packaging methods, and materials-handling practices.
• Ability to track inventory accurately and manage multiple warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or production-line environment.
• Forklift experience is not required for this position.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow established processes consistently.
