Receptionist

• Greet and welcome all customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member
• Provide accurate information to customers vendors and callers
• Maintain a clean organized and presentable front desk and reception area
• Schedule appointments meetings and maintain calendars as needed
• Assist customers by directing them to the correct department and notifying staff of arrivals

• Take detailed messages and ensure timely communication to appropriate personnel

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as scanning filing data entry and document preparation
• Assist with basic customer service issues or escalate concerns when necessary
• Maintain professionalism confidentiality and a positive attitude in all interactions
• Greet showroom customers and guide them to sales or service staff
• Assist with scheduling service appointments and follow-up calls
• Record customer information and update internal systems
• Support sales and service departments with administrative tasks
