We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who is passionate about managing cross-functional stakeholders and balancing project scope and timelines. In this exciting role, you will support and execute key components of critical business projects that drive meaningful business outcomes. Partnering closely with project teams and forward-thinking peers, you will have the opportunity to build foundational project leadership skills, turn big ideas into reality, and excel alongside the brightest talent in the industry.

What You'll Do:

• Support and execute large and small-scale projects that contribute to broader business initiatives
• Coordinate projects based on defined priorities while ensuring scope of deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met
• Track risks and issues, mitigating and escalating them as needed to manage project impacts
• Assist in the planning, design, management, and execution of project plans through feasibility, design, planning, and implementation
• Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
• Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitments
• Assist in identifying ways to improve and streamline business processes
• Help put structure in place to manage work and demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
• Demonstrate strong communication and partnership skills to interact with stakeholders across teams to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
• Display strong consulting and collaboration skills to ensure successful project delivery

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
• 4+ years of Project Management experience
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem solving and influencing skills
• Work experience achieving results with complex projects
