$120K-$150K

Imprimis Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Platform Engineer for a growing enterprise technology organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting a global infrastructure environment across cloud, systems, networking, identity management, and endpoint technologies.

We are looking for a well-rounded infrastructure professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, supporting critical systems, and driving operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple technology disciplines while helping shape the future of enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise infrastructure platforms across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Execute production infrastructure changes and support ongoing operational activities.
  Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and outage resolution efforts.
  Support Windows Server, Linux, cloud infrastructure, networking, identity management, and endpoint technologies.
• Administer and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, VPN, TLS/SSL, and SSO/SAML environments.
• Support Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management solutions.
• Diagnose complex infrastructure issues using logs, metrics, packet captures, and system analysis tools.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation initiatives using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible, and related technologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, application, and business teams on enterprise initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree highly preferred.
• 8+ years of infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or enterprise.
• IT operations experience.
• Strong experience supporting Azure infrastructure, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, and Linux environments required.
• Deep understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, authentication protocols, and SSO technologies.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms including Intune and Autopilot.
• Proven experience supporting production environments and executing infrastructure changes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across multiple infrastructure disciplines and technologies.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
