Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities, coordinating preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring production equipment operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on maintenance experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support maintenance technicians.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance work.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Drive preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and LOTO procedures.
• Work with production teams to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Train and develop maintenance personnel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and PLCs.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, IN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
