Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | New Lexington, Ohio

Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a skilled Pharmacist to support specialty pharmacy services in Zanesville, OH. The role focuses on providing excellent customer care while ensuring accurate dispensing of medications prescribed by healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications according to physician and practitioner prescriptions
Educate and inform patients about proper medication usage and safety
Deliver outstanding customer service with a patient-centered approach
Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

Valid Ohio Pharmacist license required
Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred
Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers effectively
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality assurance

Friday, September 18, 2026 | 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
