Behind every production and event is a team making it happen. At King Kong Production Services, we supply the trailers, trucks, production equipment, and power that keep those projects moving.

We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Assistant who wants to learn the business, build relationships, and turn opportunities into results.

You bring passion, initiative, and the confidence to start a conversation. We provide hands-on training, direct coaching, and the opportunity to earn greater responsibility.

• King Kong Trailers: Luxury talent trailers, production motorhomes, and specialty trailers.
• #setlife: Production supplies, rental trucks, and transportation.
• King Kong Power: Battery energy storage and sustainable power solutions.

You’ll learn how to connect clients with the equipment and services their projects need—and how to sell across all three divisions.

Sales, hospitality, customer service, rental, or production experience is a plus. You don’t need to know our industry yet. You do need the drive to learn it.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work alongside our team to support clients, develop opportunities, and learn the full rental and sales process.

Your responsibilities will grow as your skills develop:

• Help clients identify equipment and services for upcoming projects.
• Assist with estimates, rental paperwork, and order coordination.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotes, and sales opportunities.
• Reach out to existing clients about their next production or event.
• Research prospects, make introductions, and set qualified appointments.
• Keep client information, call notes, and next steps organized in Pipedrive.
• Support active rentals and help get service concerns to the right people quickly.
• Learn to present solutions, handle objections, and move conversations toward a decision.

Expect to make outbound calls, pursue new business, and take an active role in the team’s success.

Your first eight weeks include a structured, paid training program built around real work and weekly coaching.

• Weeks 1–2: Get to know our equipment, clients, systems, and sales fundamentals.
• Weeks 3–5: Put that knowledge to work through estimates, client conversations, rental coordination, follow-up, and outreach.
• Weeks 6–8: Take on more responsibility under supervision and demonstrate your skills through practical sales and rental assessments.

You’ll receive clear expectations, regular feedback, and support as you develop. We value initiative, progress, accuracy, and consistent follow-through.

Your Opportunity to Grow

Start at $23–$25 per hour , depending on experience. Training is paid hourly, without commissions or training bonuses.

Strong performers may be considered for a Sales Representative or Rental Agent position , based on their strengths, results, interests, and available openings. Sales roles offer the opportunity to move into a commission-based compensation plan, with terms discussed before placement.

Completing training does not automatically guarantee promotion. Your performance helps determine your next step.
