This is a highly phone-focused position-you'll be on the phone your entire shift, taking calls from customers and making outbound calls to coordinate service. THE VITAL DISPATCHING ROLE YOU'LL HAVE

As a Tow Truck Dispatcher, you will begin your day by evaluating incoming service requests and determining the optimal dispatch strategy. This is a highly phone-focused position-you'll be on the phone your entire shift, taking calls from customers and making outbound calls to coordinate service. You will professionally coordinate with our tow truck drivers, ensuring that each call is handled with punctuality and efficiency while maintaining precise phone records of every operation. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and team members is crucial, as you facilitate smooth, organized interactions that reflect our company's commitment to excellence. Ultimately, every critical decision you make helps uphold our reputation for delivering exceptional roadside assistance.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time dispatching position with shifts that vary within regular business hours, ensuring steady work that keeps you engaged throughout your day.

REQUIREMENTS

• Thorough knowledge of the Louisville, KY area
• Proper phone etiquette
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable answering and receiving calls from customers

Previous dispatch experience is preferred but not required.
