Transportation Customer Experience Representative II

We have an excellent opportunity for a Transportation Customer Experience Representative I, in our Troy, Ohio facility.
In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:
- Will be a primary point of contact for scheduling delivery appointments to Clopay accounts on behalf of carrier network.
- Responsible for making sure appointments are input properly in TMS system.
- Works with carriers to make sure load pick-ups and deliveries are occurring in proper time frame.
- Will be the Sunday point of contact for all weekend shipment status updates and customer contact.
- Works hand in hand with Shipping department to identify load completion times.
- Work with load tracking system to verify arrival times satisfy the appointment times provided to customers.
- Support and act as backup for scheduling team, customer experience team and job site coordinator
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
A high school degree or equivalent is required along with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience Associates or higher degree preferred Computer skills are required including Word and Excel Experience with Oracle and Smartsheets is a plus.
