Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist as outlined in the plan of care
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities including therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, ROM, and functional ambulation
- Monitor patient response to treatment, document progress, and report changes to the supervising PT
- Support patient safety during therapy sessions, positioning, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Prepare and maintain treatment spaces and equipment; apply modalities as permitted under supervision
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize rehabilitation outcomes and adjust care as needed

Requirements
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment
- Willingness to travel to the assignment location and participate in a temporary assignment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States
