Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) In Home and Clinic ABA Therapy

The Treetop (By Discovery ABA) | Raeford, NC Pay: $20$30 per hour

The Treetop is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy in home and clinic settings. As an In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments.

Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic settings

Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs

Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)

Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals

Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff

Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies

Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities

TRICARE certification

CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
