Apartment Maintenance Supervisor - Emerald Creek Apartments We are seeking a skilled maintenance supervisor to join the team at Emerald Creek Apartments, a 114‑unit market‑rate community in Traverse City, working full‑time, year‑round. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems. Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks as needed. Respond to work orders and provide top‑tier resident service. Support apartment turnovers. Main point of contact for on‑call emergency maintenance coverage. Assist with snow removal during Traverse City weather. Work flexible schedule of 32 hours per week. Qualifications EPA certification required. 2+ years of hands‑on HVAC maintenance experience. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience, with annual salary increases tied to performance. Quarterly bonus incentives up to $4,000 annually. On‑call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call‑outs. Holiday coverage bonuses plus 9 paid holidays per year.
