Color DesignerLocation: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid: onsite Monday-Thursday and can work from home on Fridays) Role Overview We are seeking a Color Designer to provide crucial project support. This individual will work closely with the Footwear & Apparel Color Design teams. The role focuses on strategic color work, building color palettes, and applying color to create compelling product stories. Key Responsibilities Develop and apply strategic color solutions for apparel. Build and manage color palettes that align with brand direction. Create and present strong color stories and mood boards. Collaborate with the Footwear & Apparel Color Design teams. Ensure color application is consistent with design and market trends. Required Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required. Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Color Design for Apparel is required. Technical Skills: A portfolio that demonstrates storytelling, mood boards, and variability in experience is required for consideration. Preferred Qualifications Experience with outdoor, streetwear, or performance apparel. Familiarity with both fashionable and utilitarian styles. Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, such as a large corporation with a start-up mentality. A strong understanding of current trends and the marketplace.
