Messenger Operations Lead

SPS North America Inc. is seeking an Internal Messenger Lead to manage the day-to-day messenger operations, lead a team of staff and backfills, and ensure high-quality internal service and customer experience. You will oversee mail and package deliveries, maintain accurate records, coordinate schedules and time off, train new staff, and provide regular reports to management.
