Come join our team as we make a real difference!/ppPosition Overview: The Assistant Gift Processor helps process donations to CCS and assists the Advancement team in other aspects of annual fundraising activities (Golf Tournament, Auction, etc.) with competency and confidentiality in a timely manner./ppPosition Responsibilities:/pulliUpdate donor database (Donor Perfect Online)/liliEnter gifts into the database/liliProcess payments/liliReceipt donors/liliInvoice donors/liliAttend team meetings/liliAdministrative duties can include preparing mailings, preparing supplies for events, scheduling meetings, keeping minutes at meetings, etc./liliOther duties as directed/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliAgrees with Cascade Christian Schools Teaching Statements and Statement of Faith./liliChristian role model in attitude, speech, and action/lili50 words per minute or more/liliEnjoys database and data entry work/liliBasic computer processing skills/liliExperience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)/liliDetail-oriented/liliData entry experience/liliExcellent written communication and interpersonal skills/liliProven ability to work collaboratively, positively, and courteously with colleagues, constituents, and the public throughout all interactions/liliFlexibility and initiative, as well as the ability to work independently, combined with the skills for thriving in a team environment, to achieve institutional goals and professional and ethical standards for handling confidential information/liliWork reflects the ability to organize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously, with close attention to detail and prioritization to meet deadlines/liliFirst aid and CPR-certified or willing to receive and pass certification training/liliBackground check clearance/li/ulpHours: 10 hours weekly (hours vary based on season)/ppStart Date: August 1, 2026/ppSalary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications/ppBenefits: Sick Leave/ppCascade Christian is an equal opportunity employer, with the right to prefer employees and prospective employees on the basis of religion and other exemptions applicable to religious institutions.
