Guest Service Supervisor

We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store level tasks. The Types of “Energy” You Bring • You work from your heart, genuinely love to take care of guests, and demonstrate pride in your work. • You display a guest come first mentality and showcase your exceptional guest service skills by providing pleasant greeting and parting remarks to everyone. • You are confident and make eye contact with guests. • You have superior relationship building skills and can establish a connection with guests and associates. • You are trustworthy and responsible. • You are detailed oriented and have excellent organizational skills. • You defuse issues by utilizing problem solving techniques. • You are a proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to make decisions. • You direct others and prioritize tasks. “Gauges” of Responsibility • Supervise employees making sure they are performing all the job duties implemented by management. • Coaching employees by giving them constructive feedback to help perform certain tasks. • Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone. • Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices. • Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels. • Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash etc). • Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes. • Responsible for all cash processes which includes deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable. • Always replenishes products to ensure in-stock conditions. • Address inquiries and complaints from guests. • Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines. “Fuel” for You • Coins! Qualification • Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays • Must be efficient and organized • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position. • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. • Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area. • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift. • Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e. cooler, outside, etc.,) Education • High School Diploma or GED Pay Range: $18.19 - $21.40 The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
