RN Clinical Manager

Gentiva is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to lead home health nursing services. In this role, you’ll oversee patient care in the home, manage and mentor RNs, and ensure high clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation. You’ll coordinate interdisciplinary care, participate in case conferences, and support families with education and communication.
