Producer (Film/TV/Digital/Live)

Role Overview

Apply your production expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through realistic, high-quality production-management scenarios. This remote contract opportunity focuses on translating real-world film, television, digital, and live-event production knowledge into rigorous evaluation tasks. No previous AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and write evaluation tasks based on realistic production situations, including budget reconciliation, schedule changes, and vendor or crew coordination.
• Source, create, and curate authentic production materials such as budgets, contracts, call sheets, delivery schedules, and crew assignments.
• Develop complete solutions and sound decisions that account for multiple production constraints.
• Create detailed rubrics with 35 or more criteria to assess nuanced decision-making, constraint management, and judgment in production deliverables.
• Document workflows clearly and precisely in written English for benchmarking and technical review.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the project team to refine tasks and align them with current industry practices.
• Provide practical insight into real production challenges to keep evaluations authentic and rigorous.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of credited experience in film, television, digital, or live-event production.
• Demonstrated production expertise, including direct responsibility for production budgets, call sheets, and contracts.
• Experience coordinating vendors and crews while balancing schedule, cost, and resource constraints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for production documentation and technical materials.
• Experience creating or evaluating multi-criteria rubrics or technical assessment tools.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Strong analytical judgment and an interest in building realistic, high-standard industry benchmarks.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.
• Work is paid on an output basis, per task that meets project specifications. Completion time may vary based on experience and workflow.
• Minimum submission requirements apply, including a minimum number of tasks submitted each week.
• Selected candidates are expected to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing the required onboarding steps.

Compensation

Advertised compensation is $45 to $85 per hour. Payment is based on completed tasks that meet project specifications.
