Producer (Film/TV/Digital/Live)

Role Overview

Apply your production expertise to create high-quality evaluation materials that help train and assess next-generation AI systems. This remote contract opportunity centers on realistic film, television, digital, and live-production scenarios, with no prior AI experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and write evaluation tasks based on realistic production-management situations, including budget reconciliation, schedule changes, and vendor or crew coordination.
• Source, create, and curate authentic production artifacts such as budgets, contracts, call sheets, delivery schedules, and crew assignments.
• Define complete solutions and sound decisions across multiple production constraints.
• Create detailed rubrics with 35 or more criteria to assess decision-making, constraint management, and judgment on production deliverables.
• Document processes and workflows in precise written English for AI benchmarking and technical review.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the project team to refine task design and align work with current industry practices.
• Bring real-world production challenges into the work to maintain authenticity and rigor.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of credited project experience in film, television, digital, or live-event production.
• Demonstrated production mastery, including direct responsibility for production budgets, call sheets, and contracts.
• Experience coordinating vendors and crews while balancing time, cost, and resource constraints.
• Strong multi-constraint judgment, analytical skills, and production-documentation capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including technical and production materials.
• Experience creating or assessing multi-criteria rubrics or technical assessment tools is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote, asynchronous setting.

Work Terms

• Remote independent contractor engagement.
• Compensation is output-based and paid for each task that meets project specifications. Completion time may vary by experience and workflow.
• Minimum submission requirements apply, including a required minimum number of tasks each week.
• Roles are typically filled within 48 hours. Selected candidates should be ready to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing the application and onboarding process.

Compensation

$45 to $85 per hour.
