Radiology Technologist - Per Diem

Radiology Technologist – Providence Portland Medical Center, Portland, OR Responsibilities Radiology Technologist performs imaging examinations according to physicians’ orders, utilizes a variety of sophisticated imaging equipment, and takes into account individual patients’ unique and/or age‑related needs. The technologist applies clinical knowledge and judgment regarding proper positioning, radiation‑dose calibration, and patient care to produce high‑quality images while minimizing radiation exposure, with ALARA awareness. Required Qualifications Education that meets the certification, license, or registration requirement. Oregon Radiographer License upon hire, OR Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire. National certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire. Location Providence Portland Medical Center – 4805 NE Glisan St, Portland, OR Pay Range $36.99 – $57.44 per hour. Additional compensation, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities, may be available.
