Sr. IT Project Manager - SAP NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager. - SAP to join our client’s team in Tampa, Florida. This is a hybrid, contract position. Salary: $75-$85hr (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Requirements PMP certification required Minimum 7 years of project management experience Strong Information Technology project management background SAP project experience required Experience managing SDLC and application-focused projects Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Vendor management experience in IT environments Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong documentation, forecasting, and communication skills Experience estimating and tracking time, cost, resources, and project performance Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar Bachelor’s degree required; education verification required Must be able to complete required drug screening Responsibilities Collaborate with HR and finance teams to gather compensation data Develop and analyze compensation structures and recommendations Ensure compensation practices align with company policies and market trends Support the implementation of compensation programs Prepare reports and presentations for management review Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation records Assist in the resolution of compensation-related issues We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr NextPath Career Partners
