Insurance Specialist

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AN INSURANCE LICENSE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION. Responsibilities: • Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints • Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date Qualifications: • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Previous work in a customer-facing position • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Must have an insurance license in the state of Texas • Must have experience in the insurance industry Compensation: $32,000+ yearly DOE
