  • Schedule: Full‑time – Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Requirements
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
  • Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
  • Degree of Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine.
  • Completed residency training in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Diagnostic Radiology Board‑eligible or board‑certified and current with MOC, ACGME DR/IR certification, or IR fellowship‑trained diagnostic and interventional radiologist.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Previous experience with the VA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret radiography, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and nuclear medicine studies.
• Perform basic and advanced image‑guided procedures (CT‑ and ultrasound‑guided biopsies, drainages, percutaneous biliary and urologic tube insertions and exchanges) during weekday hours; no IR call (no nights, weekends, or holidays).
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinical and educational conferences, quality management activities, and institutional committees.
• Maintain specialty education and basic or advanced life‑support certifications.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
• Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
• Degree of Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine.
• Completed residency training in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Diagnostic Radiology Board‑eligible or board‑certified and current with MOC, ACGME DR/IR certification, or IR fellowship‑trained diagnostic and interventional radiologist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Previous experience with the VA is a plus.
