HVAC Service Technician Skills Necessary for Success

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when needed (Tech III)

HVAC Service Technician Experience Needed for Success

• Progressive commercial and/or industrial experience performing maintenance, service, and repair of HVAC systems and equipment.
• EPA 608 Certification is preferred.
