Our integrated capabilities span due diligence, residential and commercial valuation, collateral and risk analytics, process and technology optimization, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities SLA Oversight: Monitor the daily pipeline (≈125 loans) to ensure all packages are delivered to end investors within 2 business days of closing. Suspense Escalation: Serve as the subject‑matter expert for hard‑to‑clear suspense conditions, working directly with investors to resolve issues within a 24‑hour target window. Quality Governance: Conduct side‑by‑side coaching with Specialists and review QC reports to identify recurring errors in the 45‑minute audit process. Pipeline Management: Allocate loan files among 14 Specialists based on complexity and daily volume spikes. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the delivery workflow and implement solutions to reduce dwell time and investor kickbacks. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Mortgage Post‑Closing or Secondary Marketing. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex investor guidelines.
