Our mission is to innovate and inspire through our diverse range of brands and products.About this Role:This position is responsible for supporting SalonCentric in executional support for all Data Driven Experiences (DDx) and Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) programs. With a focus on project management and execution, this position works directly with internal cross-functional team members for the implementation of CRM activations that build and support an omni-channel view of the customer. The SalonCentric CRM programs leverage our customer data to drive loyalty, engagement, and incremental sales through targeted marketing vehicles, which include email, direct mail, text messaging, paid media, and the SalonCentric App.Key Responsibilities:CRM Campaign Development and ExecutionAnalysis & OptimizationCustomer Acquisition & Database MaintenanceQualifications:Required Qualifications:1 - 3 years of marketing/digital marketing experience. Brand management and exposure to CRM preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining detail-oriented and deadline-driven.Strong analytical marketing orientation. Understanding of financial assessment and ROI analysis.Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact professionally with all levels of management, brand partners, and outside vendors.
