Sr. Radar Systems Engineer

Overview All Qualified candidates will be responded to in 24 hours or less. Active Secret clearance. This effort is on-site in Tewksbury, MA. Employment type: Full Time W-2 or Contract. Benefits: including Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holiday, 401K, etc. Position Sr. Radar Systems Engineer Responsibilities Develop requirements and algorithms, concepts of operations, and define system interfaces. Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments. Identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging. Develop and execute models to predict system performance and support verification and validation. Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their functionality and impact. Develop integration documentation, execute plans, analyze data, verify requirements and effectively communicate results to leadership and stakeholders. Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of radar performance data to ensure optimal system performance and verify requirements. Qualifications Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) 10+ years experience Pluses Experience with systems software, systems hardware, systems requirements, systems integration, and/or systems test. Experience developing both scripts and functions with MATLAB Experience in developing and managing requirements. Experience with C++, Python, or similar languages. Experience with generating technical documentation, such as test plans, procedures, or technical reports. Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification. Experience with evaluating systems using simulated environments.
