Position Title Registered Nurse – Home Health (PRN) Location Farmington, MO, US Compensation Salary: $68,000–$72,800 per year. Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 Company‑provided vehicle (no out‑of‑pocket costs); mileage reimbursement. Job Overview Home Health RN will administer skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and assisted living communities. Provide individualized care plans, coordinate with physicians, nurses, therapists and families, and support patients in recovery, illness management and chronic conditions. Responsibilities Deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, assisted living or community settings. Coordinate with physicians, nurses, therapists and families to ensure continuity of care. Focus on patient independence, recovery and long‑term wellness. Provide care that is personalized, thorough and not rushed. Qualifications Graduate of an approved school of nursing (RN). Current state nursing license (RN) with ongoing educational requirements met. Strong nursing skills and excellent communication. Highly organized and able to manage multiple patient schedules.
