Warehouse SupervisorPay: $23.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:00 PM–5:00 AM Job Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or logistics leadership experience and strong communication and organizational skills.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily warehouse activitiesLead and support warehouse employees to meet productivity and quality goalsAssign tasks and monitor employee performanceOversee receiving, shipping, loading, unloading, and material movementEnsure products and materials are handled and stored properlyMonitor inventory and help maintain accurate recordsTrain employees on safety procedures and proper equipment operationEnforce company safety policies and warehouse proceduresAddress operational issues and communicate concerns to managementMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAssist with forklift and general warehouse operations as neededComplete other duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious warehouse supervisory or leadership experience preferredWarehouse, distribution, or logistics experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentForklift experience preferredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and make sound decisionsReliable attendance and strong work ethicSchedule & Pay$23.00/hour1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM–5:00 AMFull-Time
