We are seeking an experienced Life Coach for a flexible, part-time contract opportunity supporting our client through personal and professional development. This remote position is approximately 15-20 hours per month initially, decreasing to about 3 hours per month until the end.

Job Type: Part-Time, Contract W2

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: Up to $155.00/hour

Assignment: Approximately September 2026 – June 2027

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to identify goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Develop personalized action plans and coaching strategies.
• Provide ongoing guidance, accountability, and motivation.
• Teach coping, stress management, and life skills techniques.
• Help clients overcome barriers and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Track progress and celebrate milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Life Coach, Wellness Coach, Personal Development Coach, Executive Coach, or Career Coach.
• Solid active listening, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to create individualized coaching plans.
• Knowledge of human behavior, motivation, and personal growth strategies.
• Compassionate, client-focused approach.

Preferred

• Life Coaching certification from a recognized organization.
• Experience with executives, entrepreneurs, or specialized client populations.
