Lead Memorial Installer

Job Description

Lead Memorial Installer: We are seeking a goal oriented, professionally minded individual to join our team. Someone who takes pride in their work and isn't afraid to dig in to get the job done. Training is provided with the possibility of an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

Installation of cemetery monuments.
Professionally communicate to coordinate with cemetery schedules.
Neat and orderly maintenance of all applicable paperwork.
Lead and support your team.

Qualifications:

Valid driver license with the ability to operate a manual transmission.
Familiarity with tools that will be used for the varying types of installations.
Ability to handle a physical workload.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to effectively multitask as well as adjust priorities when needed to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
Effective leadership skills for managing team and achieve daily expectations.
Willingness to take initiative.
Understand when there needs to be a sense of urgency when the situation dictates.
Must be consistent and reliable.
