The Role


You'll own a book of dealer accounts and become the person they call when something has to be right: an accurate quote, a clean order, a fast answer under pressure. You keep their business moving, coach them until they can handle the routine on their own, and rally the right internal people the moment an order goes sideways.

There's more to it than keeping the trains running. You'll help grow revenue by working our Trade Pro dealers and turning portal leads into orders. This role rewards the person who is organized and dependable, and who also sees an opening and moves on it.

What You'll Do

Own the dealer relationship. Be the daily point of contact for your assigned dealers by phone and email, covering quotes, pricing, specifications, order status, and account needs, and keeping every interaction sharp and responsive.

Protect order accuracy. Prepare and quality-check dealer and warranty orders, catch incomplete information before it becomes a delay, and consistently hit the department's accuracy and turnaround targets.

Build dealer independence. Coach dealers on the Dealer Portal, quoting tools, and product resources, and lead the 30-60-90 day onboarding process so new dealers ramp quickly and confidently.

Drive growth. Engage Trade Pro dealers to grow revenue, and convert leads from the Bestbath customer portal into real orders.

Solve across teams. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Scheduling, Production, Shipping, Warranty, and Accounting to clear order issues, and surface the recurring problems worth fixing at the root.

Back up the team. Cover for other Sales Account Specialists during absences, and help sharpen the SOPs everyone works from.

Helpful, but not required

• A degree in Business Administration or a related field (strongly preferred).
• Experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or another customer-facing role. Internships, part-time jobs, and campus or volunteer work all count.
• Familiarity with quoting, order entry, or ERP and CRM systems (we use NetSuite).
• Any exposure to account growth, upselling, or lead generation.

What You'll Earn
Your starting pay is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour. Full time, that comes to roughly 48 to 52 thousand a year before you add anything else, and there's a lot else. On top of your base you earn sales commissions and a share of monthly profits, and the company puts real money into your retirement and health savings. When Bestbath is profitable, that's shared with employees. If the company wins, you win.

Work Environment
Primarily an office-based role with a moderate noise level. Expect extended periods of sitting (up to 8 hours), occasional lifting up to 20 lbs, and repetitive use of the hands and wrists. Local travel is sometimes required, with occasional out-of-area travel as needed.
