This service supports DoD/Military Sector Sector Clients (For Present / Future Requirements) and ProSidian Team Members work as part of a Engagement Team Cadre (Labor Category ) to fulfill BLD - Blended (FFP/T&M) requirements for a provide Environmental Remediation Services, on behalf of the second largest civil works district in the US Army Corps of Engineers, with an area of responsibility encompassing Florida and the Caribbean.We aspire to build and enhance an exceptional and diverse team of high-achievers who always put mission and the spirit of service first. Environmental CADD Specialist (A034) Candidates shall work to support requirements for CORHQ-22-R-0317 Environmental Functional Area Services.The roles and responsibilities of the Environmental CADD Specialist include but are not limited to: Performing a wide range of Environmental Remediation Services activities, environmental investigations related to remediation, water/wastewater services, industrial hygiene/safety support, and other support activities, environmental conservation activities, and pollution prevention activitiesPerforming all geotechnical investigations including:Sampling and testing of soil (shallow, shallow subsurface, and deep subsurface). Soils shall be tested for both chemical and geotechnical parameters.Rock and/or other solid matterSampling and testing of sedimentsSampling and testing of groundwater and may involve installation and development of monitoring wellsDetermination of aquifer parameters and monitoring of groundwater elevationsSampling and testing of surface waterMaterial testing for geotechnical properties and soil classification in accordance with Unified Soil Classification System.Logs and other data submitted shall be Bentley geotechnical and GINT compatibleProvide comprehensive base sustainment, restoration, and modernization support to complete environmental compliance, evaluation, management and remediation for vertical and horizontal construction inspections, quality assurance and other SRM initiatives as defined in individual Task Orders awarded hereinProvide comprehensive base support including assortment of environmental programs and initiatives to support a wide variety of critical functions and capabilities to enhance operations and readinessWork may include office automation, customer interface, and technical support required for environmental evaluation, compliance, remediation, and management Repository maintenance, document, and justification input for procurement actionsAssist in monitoring contract durations, database maintenance, and provide input to various enterprise databases tracking programsAdministrative support involving technical assistance in the organization and maintenance of the official filing systems and repositoryData gathering and data entry into databases.Technical support involving project and document reviewPreparing scope of work and estimates and statistical reportsQualificationsSKILLS / OTHER REQUIREDKnowledge of OSHA RegulationsComfortable working with heavy equipmentPossess deep knowledge of transport and disposal procedures for safe handling of hazardous materialsFamiliarity with EPA StandardsExtensive knowledge in data collection and analyzationAbility to prepare reports and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities and status as well as a customer facing Statement of Work.
