Customer Service Rep

Job Description Providing prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers Educating customers about our products and services This employee is a highly motivated, self-starter who will provide excellent customer service to our customers. This employee will be working in a call center/office environment, answering phones, responding to emails, sending faxes, and other administrative tasks as necessary. Qualifications.
