This leader will drive the modernization, consolidation, and scalability of tax-exempt capabilities while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences.This role is responsible for building and leading a high-performing U.S.-based engineering organization focused on delivering resilient, scalable, and compliant solutions that simplify tax exempt purchasing for customers across all channels. The Director will partner closely with Product, Architecture, Tax, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and business stakeholders to accelerate the technology roadmap while reducing compliance risk and enabling long-term platform growth.The ideal candidate combines deep engineering leadership with strong architectural vision, operational rigor, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate evolving tax laws and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
