Read on to learn more! **About the Role** **In this vital role, you willsupport the maintenance and operation of the building systems inside a clientfacility. You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality ofmaterial handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.** **What You'll Do** + Promote a safeworking environment by following all safety procedures. + Solve electrical andmechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes,relays, and more. + Install, maintain,and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. + Complete andproperly document preventative maintenance routines. + Track and storedepartment inventory. + Cultivate positiveworking relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance teammembers. + Perform otherjob-related duties as needed or assigned. **What You'll Need** + Applicants must be currentlyauthorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship nowor in the future. + High school diploma or generaleducation degree (GED). + 1 year of related experienceand/or training. + Proficiency using computers andMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). + Experience using powered ornon-powered hand tools. + Ability to solve problems andcarry out general instructions in standard situations such as; routinemaintenance, repairs, preventative measures, emergency responses, coordination,and safety compliance. + Ability to move up to 50lbs andphysical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbingstairs / ladders with or without reasonable accommodation. **Preferred Qualifications** + Associate's or higher degreefrom a vocational school or college with a focus in the mechanical orelectrical field. + 2+ years apprenticeship orequivalent experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumaticsystems. + Experience with MHE safetystandards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safetystandards. + Experience with a ComputerizedMaintenance Management System (CMMS). + 2+ years' experience withautomated conveyor systems and controls. + 2+ years' experience conductingpredictive and preventative maintenance procedures. + 2+ years of blueprint andelectrical schematic reading + 2+ year of knowledge withelectrical and electronic principles + 2+ year experience of followingand demonstrating safety standards + 1+ year experience introubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems **CBRE Employee Benefits** ‒ Comprehensive medical, dental, vision ‒ Disability benefit program ‒ 401k company matching ‒ Paid time off and holidays ‒ Company paid life insurance ‒ Pet insurance ‒ Paid parental leave **Why CBRE?** We invest in our employees'development. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $64,334.40 annually or $30.93 per hour, and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $74,672 annually or $35.90 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
