Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Candidates must possess relevant certifications specific to oncology and medical surgical nursing. A minimum of 0 years of experience is required.
• Unit Information: The unit has 12 beds with staffing consisting of 2-3 registered nurses and 1 patient care technician per shift. Typical procedures include medical, surgical, and chemotherapy treatments.
• Personality Fit: Candidates should demonstrate a caring, team-oriented attitude suited to a dynamic oncology and medical surgical environment.
• Float Area: Floating to comparable units within the facility may be required.
• Dress Code: Scrubs in Methodist Navy Blue are required for staff.
• Additional Information: The position includes weekend and on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis, adhering to facility policies and guidelines.
