What You'll Do:

You will be involved in everything from providing care for our clients and their pets, to contributing your thoughts on ways to improve how we deliver our best care and service.

You will help us get better and continue to grow as a team of caring veterinary professionals who work to exceed the expectations of our clients, provide exceptional care for our patients and build a team that has fun, supports each other and learns together.

This position is full time with approximately four 10 hours shifts per week. $18/hr. Compensation is based on experience. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:

• Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all timesboth inside and outside.
