Remote & Hybrid Opportunities We offer both remote and hybrid positions , recognizing that different clinical assignments call for different service arrangements. Remote opportunities allow eligible clinicians to provide services through telehealth. Hybrid positions combine telehealth and in-person services, with arrangements varying based on client needs and service locations. Candidates located in or near Pasadena are preferred, but we welcome qualified applicants from outside the immediate area. Work arrangements depend on available opportunities and clinical service needs. In this position, you will: Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Mentor and support clinical team members through coaching, feedback, and professional guidance. Monitor client progress, evaluate behavioral data, and adjust treatment strategies as appropriate. Partner with families and caregivers through education, training, and collaborative treatment planning. Collaborate with clinical leadership and other professionals to promote coordinated, high-quality care. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold applicable ethical, regulatory, and professional standards. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; BCBA-D designation is also welcome Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavioral assessments, and individualized treatment planning Ability to communicate effectively with families, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary teams Sound clinical judgment, organizational skills, and a commitment to ethical, evidence-based care Preferred Experience Two or more years of experience developing behavioral intervention programs for individuals with autism or related developmental disorders Experience providing clinical supervision, mentorship, or caregiver training An interest in ongoing professional development and clinical collaboration Your Next Chapter Starts Here A fulfilling BCBA career is about more than the work you accomplish today.
