• Compassionate, flexible, and organized approach to managing a caseload of diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine their physical therapy needs within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support mobility, participation, and access in academic settings
• Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other staff to facilitate student progress
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing expertise in goal-setting and student support
• Maintain thorough documentation of student assessments, progress reports, and treatment records as required
• Educate staff and families on supportive strategies and therapeutic techniques to ensure carryover of skills
