Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them. Document accurately and completely. Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work independently and with a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ability to multi-task. Requirements: Certified Nurse Assistant license (We will pay for your certification--be sure to ask about this!)
