Location: The Sanctuary - Regional Cancer Center - 8931 Colonial Center DriveFort Myers FL 33905 Department: Cookies Place Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00AM to 4:00:00PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $23.57 - $31.83 / hour Summary This position oversees the daily operations of two Cookies Boutique locations, including inventory control, bookkeeping, merchandising, pricing, staffing, volunteer coordination, and staff training. The role manages inventory and ordering for medical, boutique, and gift-shop products while coordinating with Access Medical for durable medical equipment. The position also supports patients with insurance education, preauthorization, documentation, billing, and financial responsibility. It provides specialized fitting and education for wigs, prosthetic breast forms, mastectomy bras, and lymphedema garments, while ensuring an exceptional patient experience and coordinating massage services. Requirements Education: Associate degree required or two years of post-high school education or training in a related field of retail management may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience: Boutique, gift or retail management experience required. Certification: Certification in mastectomy and lymphedema fitting required and must be obtained within six months of hire.
