• Tues - Sat schedule, 8-hour days
• 36 hours/week guaranteed, 40 expected
• SNF coverage Tue - Thu; acute care Fri - Sat
• Hospital-based skilled nursing facility
• Low productivity -- 70% minimum requirement
• SNF exp preferred -- inpatient/LTC skills required
